DEPOT is taking shape in the heart of Brussels, transforming an existing urban structure into a new place for living, working and community. The project combines the character of the existing city fabric with a contemporary and sustainable approach to urban development. By densifying the existing structures while strategically cutting and adding volume, new voids are created within the dense urban fabric. At the heart of the project, this creates a new ‘placette’ along the canal, bringing light and air deeper into the city.

The new lush public square will provide space for greenery, meeting and leisure, creating an urban retreat and strengthening the connection between the project and its surroundings.
