The construction of Nobel I has officially started on 30 March 2023.

The first spades ceremoniously went into the ground as the start of this new project.

Nobel I is the first building in a cluster for education, research and innovation in healthcare. It will be a hospital of the future, it will be energy-neutral with lots of greenery on campus. A ‘living lab’ for the science park.
