The transformation of Meyboom is taking shape in the heart of Brussels. At the centre of the existing corner building, the former covered interior is being opened up to create an open-air patio, bringing light and air deep into the new student housing.

While demolition and construction progress side by side, the new spatial structure is becoming increasingly visible. Two additional floors will complete the transformation, adding new volume while building respectfully on the existing structure.
