
Together with a colleague and the two partners, you will ensure that everything in the office runs smoothly and create a pleasant working environment for a team of 20 architects.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing general office operations: orders, IT, welcoming new employees, organizing activities, etc.
• Assisting in the selection and preparation of tender dossiers.
• Contributing to strong internal and external communication.
• Managing certain office-related tasks.
Profile
We expect first relevant experience for this position.
Ideally, you combine administrative skills with excellent organizational skills.
You have strong communication skills and a graphic eye.
You work independently and can set your priorities well.
You speak and write English and French.
Knowledge of the Adobe package (Illustrator / Photoshop / Indesign) and a good pen are a plus.
