Campus Knipoog is an ensemble of primary school, kindergarten, andyouth center in Vorselaar.

Meandering green spaces and linear canopies connect existing and new buildings into a united campus with a clear outline. Meanwhile, the newly planted trees form a continuation of the forest bordering the site and create a natural playground environment for the kids.

A new main entrance was created in order to regulate access within the school premises and the main foyer doubles as an indoor breakroom and performance space due to the tribune-like staircase. In this way, we were able to connect the youth facilities and the kindergarten classes, which are grouped along a bright interior alley that becomes a playful meeting place for pupils and encourages informal education.
