The BlueChem incubator is located in the Bluegate research hub for sustainable technologies in the south of Antwerp.

The building is characterized by its central atrium creating an informal meeting point that mediates between various areas of the building and encourages spontaneous encounters between researchers.

In this sense we are able to position the technically demanding program into a flexible layout that fosters innovation as well as achieves highest sustainability standards reaching “BREEAM excellent”.
