Our architectural vision for project Schaarbeek was to create a vibrant and sustainable mixed-use development that integrates residential, commercial, and public spaces. The proposal included the construction of both social rental housing and conventionally-priced homes for ownership, fostering a diverse and inclusive community.

Key elements of the design featured a public facility and a commercial space to serve the neighborhood, as well as the adaptive reuse of an existing building into functional spaces for economic activities. Our plan also emphasized the development of thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, ensuring a seamless connection between the built environment and the surrounding green areas, promoting a sense of well-being and community interaction.

Though this proposal was not selected, it reflects our commitment to sustainable, inclusive urban design that enhances both quality of life and the local economy.
