BlueApp is a pre-incubator for sustainable chemistry hosted by the University of Antwerp and is located at the south entrance of the BlueGate business park in Antwerp.

The design features generous windows on the ground floor, exhibiting the workshop areas of a double-height machine hall to passersby, thus encouraging exchange and rendering the buildings plinth an animated area.

Following a precise vertical arrangement of program, BlueApp features a flexible and bright working environment as well as a minimal footprint, therefore leaving more space for a vegetative landscape and possible future expansion.
