The Pacheco building houses offices and is situated in the Marais-Jacqmain district in Brussels. In collaboration with KAAN architects, we proposed a renovation vision for the building that would elevate its functionality and architectural qualities to contemporary standards.

We opted for a flexible interior layout that would be able to adapt to ever-changing work and study concepts. Another key aspect of the proposal was to integrate public flows into the building, making it a public plaza that sparks dialogue and innovation.
